Hi, I'm Melissa MacGowan. With 20+ years of hands-on business, coaching and HR experience, I work with busy leaders and seasoned professionals to progress their careers and leadership. I've been there. My approach combines the best of three worlds: mentorship, expertise, and coaching. All designed to help you navigate challenge and achieve goals.
As a mentor, I bring real-world insights from leading teams, solving complex people issues, and driving organizational growth whilst dealing with what life throws at you. I’ve been in your shoes, balancing tough decisions with the pressure to deliver. This lived experience means I don’t just offer theory—I know what it takes to get results.
